From the Joint Venture between Bergesio Collezione and Amphora Wineries Switzerland in 2015, Cuarto de Luna "Private Collection" was born.
Mauro Bergesio and Daniel Caro selected for their private collection this exclusive 100% Tinta de Pais, Tempranillo wine, aged for 24 months in new French oak Selmer barrels.

Villa Seca, Tunuyan - Ancellotta
From the friendship between Mauro Bergesio, Lucas Richardi and Cristian Santos, this 100% Ancelotta ancestral varietal was born.
It is harvested manually in small 13 kg boxes and upon entering the winery, the destemmed grapes are vatted in a stainless steel tank and kept cool until fermentation begins with its indigenous yeasts, typical of the grapes and the vineyard.
Halfway through the fermentation it is transferred to French barrels for 2nd and 4th use where the process ends, to spend 14 months of aging in the barrel and 1 year of storage in the bottle.
At first glance it is dark and deep red in color, releasing aromas of blackberry and blueberry jam on the nose, with slight notes of fig and a mineral background. In the mouth it has a lively entry, with good acidity, with a persistent finish.
