Our grapes come from the municipality of Miranda del Castañar, in the Sierra de Francia, province of Salamanca and Valtiendas, Segovia.
According to our documents, the vineyard located in the Sierra de Francia was planted in 1920 on decomposed granite soil, on a CLOS plot with a cultivated area of 0.25 ha.
The vineyard located in Valtiendas, Segovia, is located on moors and according to the documentation we have, it is very old, and is over 100 years old.
The rest of the grapes for production are purchased from local and very trustworthy winegrowers, who work the vineyard organically.

It arises from the collaboration between Bergesio Collezione and Sommelier Jorge Carrasco Saez, a wine from the Páramo de Corcos, in the La Redreja area, where Segovia, Burgos and Valladolid converge, in the Valtiendas DOP at 960 m above sea level. , in an extreme continental zone.

A blend of 50% Grenache and 50% Tinta del País, with grapes grown in glass and trellis vineyards, and made with its own natural yeasts.
The first fermentation stage was carried out in stainless steel tanks.
During the second fermentation, malolactic, it was left to rest for 15 months in new, bio-holistic French oak bocoy and demi muid barrels, Selmer 569 brand.

A 100% Tinta del País wine, with grapes grown in glass vineyards and made with its own natural yeasts.

From the co-production between Bergesio Collezione and Daniel Ramos, a winemaker recognized for his extensive experience with Grenache, they have achieved with great particularity the design of this rabidly modern wine, where they claim the Calabrese variety also known as Garnacha Calabresa.
Clean and bright with a red color of medium intensity, Alegal is a floral, full wine, with hints of ripe and agile cherry with a balanced acidity, and a medium/high persistence in the mouth and with a very positive sensation.
