Our grapes come from the municipality of Miranda del Castañar, in the Sierra de Francia, province of Salamanca and Valtiendas, Segovia.
According to our documents, the vineyard located in the Sierra de Francia was planted in 1920 on decomposed granite soil, on a CLOS plot with a cultivated area of 0.25 ha.
The vineyard located in Valtiendas, Segovia, is located on moors and according to the documentation we have, it is very old, and is over 100 years old.
The rest of the grapes for production are purchased from very trustworthy winegrowers who work the vineyard organically.

It is a rosé made from the direct pressing of Tempranillo Blanco and Aragonés, "Vin Gris", from organic vineyards.
